GOT BAGGAGE?

I used to travel A LOT. As a result, I own a wide array of pieces, all ranging in various sizes. A few years ago, on a trip to Rome, I used a compartmental rolling duffel bag.... totally cheap which only lasted long enough for the Rome trip and another trip overseas. Although the bag is trashed, my love for it still lingers. Today I bought my first item purchased exclusively with the trip to China in mind..... totally scored one at C*stco!!! Rolling, bi-level, multi compartmental, including a dirty clothes compartment! And the cherry on top of all this??? This sweet piece of baggage has hidden straps for a quick switch from rolling to a backpack..... Oh, I must also mention obscenely CHEAP!!! LOVE IT!!!!

Tonight I am starting my online education classes for the Hague requirement..... I am soooooo excited to take these classes and embrace educating myself with the stuff that will help me provide a healthy loving life and future for my gal. What started as a rocky start for Tate, hopefully will turn into a secure happy life. This is my ultimate goal.....

Good, cheap luggage rocks! Good luck with the online stuff. I'm waiting till the bitter to do that! For heaven's sake! I have 3kids and have been to China once before. What else is there to learn??

I hope your classes are good. All the classes my agency offered were horrible. They were like, hey you need to think about getting a pediatrician. NO KIDDING! And you should really spend some time learning about China. DUH! I thought they were worthless, because for goodness sakes, I've had nothing BUT time on my hands to figure out all that stuff already.

Still, it is encouraging that you are getting to that place where they want to make sure you have your hours in. You're getting closer!!! YAY!

I want a pic of the duffle too please. I've been thinking of that as an option for China instead of the suitcase. Is yours a carry on size or a biggie? I was thinking with a duffle you might be able to pack more cuz the duffle weighs less than a suitcase. So you have more pounds to get to the weight restriction.

Let me know how the classes go. I figure I'll sign up sometime late next year since it will likely be 2010 before baby li is here.

love costco & all their luggage!

I can't believe you get to see Tate so soon. I can't wait to meet her. Hopefully she will like our crazy Norwegian family.
