FREAKIN' OUT

Does anyone out there get freaked out when they see on their statistic counter map consistent hits from BEIJING???? The CCAA just got done with the reviews of January 31 2006 dossiers with some February 2006 dossiers being asked questions, and RUMORS that March 2006 is in the review room. MARCH!!!! I AM MARCH 7th!!! Really is there a Chinese big brother out there monitoring blogs and what we are saying??? I can not think of a soul who would know me and read me in BEIJING!!! With all clear conscience, I have never written or even eluded to anything that would be negitive towards China. I love anything Chinese!!! Really, and I've even offered up my body as a sacrifice if it would move referrals along!!! Kind of freaking me along whoever you are in Beijing, And really, I promise I am a heterosexual single woman who will always love and protect and educate this gift of a rare jewel from China.... My Tate!!!

TO CHINA WITH LOVE,
Lisa

We hear ya -- first time it happened to us we started looking back at previous posts to see if we had said something way stupid.

Who knows...

I think we've all gotten it to be sure. Interesting, I never connected it with possible review time but it did seem to pick up in the right timeframe.

Very interesting!

Yeah, I've had several of those already. Who knows? But if the CCAA is checking you out Lisa, we can all vouch for what a fantastic mom you're going to be!

It's probably Lu. She's an Australian living in Beijing and thinking about adopting a baby. She's cool.

You're so funny! I've had some weird hits too. Someone read it in DC at the USCIS one time and I got a bit paranoid. And someone from NASA reads ocassionally. How crazy... an astronaut might be reading about my goofy life. LOL!

Maybe it's your connection to me. I sure made 'em mad! Forgive me for not signing my name. ;o) I wouldn't want to cause more trouble.

I have had Beijing and some other areas of China on my blog. We cleared review a while ago and I had China on my blog as recent as a few days ago....I can't figure it out. But like you said - You've never uttered a bad word (and why would you) niether have I - so nothing to worry about.

Huh, I hardly ever look at the stats on my blog, but you are making me want to check it out. Since we either just got done with our review or are still in review, I'm going to see if there are any China hits.

Yeah, I'll bet it is an IA family family perusing the blogs. A funny picture...it's not CCAA, it's the SWIs...can you see all those lil' ones sitting at computers giggling over their future families?! Oh well, Tate and Elena probably don't have access to a computer yet! =)

I don't know a soul in China...except for the folks picking up their precious little ones, but someone in Beijing has been all over my site....for many HOURS. It totally freaked me out as well, but I am hoping that they only read my heart, which is how much I already love and adore my daughter and the very country that will give her to me.

Hello,
Please do not freak out! I doubt it's CCAA, they just have too much to do. The hits on your website is most likely from me and my fellow expats living in China and thinking of/in the process of adoption and who enjoy reading about fellow adoptive mothers to be. Sorry for just reading and not leaving comments but not done by ill intention.
Cheering you on from Beijing,
Lena
