SHOTS!!!!!I've started my shots for China..... THREE days ago I received my DPT (Diphteria, Pertussin and Tetnus)... in my left arm!!! Really did not hurt and I am not a whimp for shots. BUT, OH MAN does it itch!!! I think it has become the size of a tennis ball. I have weighed the pros and cons of taking Benadry... Sleepiness or Itchiness.... I just popped a pill with a swig of JAVA. Just hoping I can make it thru the next 4 hours of work....

I have such sympathy for you! I hate shots. The tetanus one was the worst! I had a bad reaction! Feels good knowing that progress to your daughter is moving along. Talk to you soon!
We were just talking about the shots yesterday. I know we need to get started, but ICK!

Eeewww, shots! I'd better check up on ours, we had all the shots a while ago, before going to Bali... think they last 3 years?

OWCH! I had all of mine - and I AM a whimp with shots. Got all the Hep's and the Tetanus...ick...but done.
OUCH. I forgot I have to do this again! I never finished the first time around since we cancelled the adoption. : o ) Hope your arm feels better...

Not what I needed to hear. I've been putting our shots off as it is....feel better!
Ouchie! We had ours and no problems. I hope the tennis ball reduces soon.

OUCH!! I am one of those whimps when it comes to needles. Even my son is more brave than I am. Hope you were able to make it the 4 hours without it itching/bothering you too much.
I got three needles yesterday and I thought I did ok but today I feel like I have the flu......ick Glad I didn't itch that must have been nasty hope you healed fast.
