Equals a great time....
Tony Bennett still has
"it" in him even at age 80+ years?! I actually surprised myself how much I enjoyed this outdoor evening of pic-nic-ing under Starry skies at the Deer Valley Sky resort. Symphony music by the Utah Symphony and the old crooner himself.... Tony!

How fun! Did he sing "Now it can be told" ? That's my favorite.
Sounds like a good time! I love those old standards. They are just classy and romantic.
OMG, who wouldn't love that?! Sounds like a great evening. Wish I were there. :)
I absolutely love him!
too bad my father couldn't have gone with you.
he would have really loved that.
Great that you got to see a living legend.
oh that sounds fun!!
What a groovy evening!
I actually gasped when I saw this, as if I was just told that I had won free tix to go see him! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Tony! My wedding song was a Sinatra tune, but sang by Tony. I have seen Tony in concert. I heart Tony!!!! lol!!!
And yes, he still has chops even in his old age... he is truly amazing!
I am sooooo jealous!
What a lovely night....
Good for you!
Sounds like a good time! A few weeks ago we went on a beautiful night to the Louisville Zoo where the Louisville Orch. played and Crystal Gayle sang. My sisters and my Mom went with me, we packed a picnic and had a wonderful time. Hope to talk to you soon!
I am "tagging" you for the middle name meme floating around. I hope you don't mind??
I saw Tony a few months back and I was amazed - even got verklempt several times during the show. He came to the front of the stage at one point and sang "Without A Song" without a microphone - people were on the edge of their seats ------
We, too, are on the adoption highway and wish you all the best on your journey.
I see you work for an airline? ---- I just retired from US Airways in June. I am so NOT sad that I left.
Blessings to You,
Don & Be
