Succulent, bright and the last picking of the season.... Red Raspberries!!! Smash, add sugar, pecton, water...
And a FREEZER...
I will be thinking about these Ruby Gems on a frigid cold winter morning as I smear this freezer jam on my toast.... It is one way to remember the Summertime while in the dead of Wintertime!!!
Yum! But I do have to admit, I am glad the raspberry season is over. We have raspberries and I think I did enough jam to feed my neighborhood. Grateful, but tired. Your jars are cute. I just did them in plain old tupperware. You got style!!!!
Every day I spend with Tate is a wonderment. Sometimes I tear up just thinking of my baby. On May 25 2009 she was placed in my arms... life has never been happier or the same.

I think it's so fantastic that you do this. You need to posts some recipes and tips for a newbie to try it! Great job!!!
I may have to make another trip to Utah to try those, looks wonderful.
Yummy for sure!

Yum, great idea. I LOVE raspberries. Joe and I just mashed some up last night and had them on vanilla ice cream.
