PLUMMETED BY...

PARISIAN PIGEON POOP!!!!

There is a story behind this. After spending some time in the Louvre, we started walking towards an Impressionistic museum, Orangerie. The walk was along a beautiful tree lined park. Out of nowhere I feel this splat on top of my head..... one of the bazillions of Parisian pigeons decided to christen me a true Parisian..... I was rescued from this grossness just as it was dripping towards my glasses.... gag!!!

That didn't happen to me by a Parisian pigeon, but a local bird from Michigan. This summer I was just returning to my car with my big ole' icecream in hand and I felt a splat on my head. My first thought was some kid tossed his cone at me....Nope.

I have had that happen on my shoulder- such a bummer! Just think of it as a souvenir! You can tell Tate- she'll laugh about it.

Been there - but just so you know where my mind is, I thought it said partisan pigeon poop. Let's get this election over and let's get the next batch of referrals here.

Yikes!!! ugh! what a terrible thing to happen on your vacation, and a cold to boot!
at least it's washable, even if it's a bit humbling and completely gross on so many levels....!
Hope you are enjoying some chocolate crepes while you're there!!!
