STRATEGIC PLAN

FIRST PROBLEM
I am sure that I am not the only one out in BLOG land that has this problem. First, I have DIAL-UP internet service at home... This is a step up for me cause I used to have free internet that restricted my time. SO... This is my first problem....

SECOND PROBLEM
I love reading everything on the Blog...EVERY. SINGLE. WORD. YOU GUYS WRITE including the comments!!! But I have a job that does not allow me to sneak onto the Blog world and read instead of work... You know who you are who BLOG instead of actually work... Don't make me say names!!! Okay... Soooooo I have a lunch hour, one lousy hour to use the quick internet service from work and try to read EVERY SINGLE WORD!!! Oh I forgot to mention the ooogling of the new kiddos back from China...THAT TAKES TIME... Especially since I need to find the box of Kleenex during some of the posts..... But I digress (oh how I hate to seeing that word on your blogs). Okay, now where am I???

The PLAN!!!
I have organized my blog reading into four manageable groups... I will read each group every fourth day.... Now if you are in any of these groups, which you are, please cooperate and only blog on your designated blogging days.... This would be greatly appreciated... If you are not willing to cooperate in the four day plan, well.... I guess I will just have to either quit my job and devote full time to blog reading or bite the bullet and get faster internet service.... Oh, and I have heard rumor that I can get a BLOG ROLL... Sounds like some kind of SUSHI roll. Since I am doing this at work on my precious LUNCH hour, just the thought of a BLOG / SUSHI roll is making my stomach growl.... I better DIGRESS and get something to eat...

I LOVE YA ALL..... BLOGGERS!!!

We love you too, Lisa. You're gonna have to get a real internet connection at home. You deserve it!

Oh, you must upgrade from dial-up, it will make your life so much easier. I know what you mean about people writing a lot, after being sick and not reading all my favorite blogs for a couple weeks, I was just amazed at how much people had written. Didn't all these people know that I was sick and couldn't keep up?!?!

Lisa, if you can swing it, slurge and get a cable connection. Mine at home is really fast, so I can get all my update reading done in lightening speed! I will also fess up to being an occasional blog reader while at work...sometimes I just need a distraction and surfing blogville is just the thing I need.

Gee, I hope I'm on one of your four lists!

Oh my goodness..you have to get rid of dial up from home. It is worth the splurge.

Go for it! You'll be glad you did! It will help you make it through this wait.

Wow girl - you are organized! Here's what I did, combined local home phone, cell service and DSL into one service plan and ended up saving almost $50 a month. Just a thought!!! Changed my blog reading life, which also changed my home life and less cleaning gets done! hehe

Oohhh... bad on the dial-up... when you get home with Tate and have eleventy million photos to post, it will take a dog's age to upload them!!

OK, you better get rid of that dial up and get some type of high speed connection - it goes like 1000% faster (that way you have more time to read more blogs)!

You better dump the dial up! You
could miss so much if you only hit someone's blog every 4th day...you would be out of the loop!

Ok - you are FUNNY!!! I can't blog at work either...well I can IF I ever get some down time - but all of my blogs are saved to my computer at home. I have NO idea how to do the blogroll - and if you find out you better share.

Aside from that - girlfriend...please get highspeed/ You will be sooo happy you did - swear.

Blogrolls are pretty easy...just go to bloglines.com and click on "new" (this is after you sign up, ofcourse!) then type in a blog address (or cut n paste) then hit "subscribe". after you have them all,you can generate an HTML coed to put into your template...believe me, if I can do it, you can,. I can't even get a "header" on my blog!!!" oh, and ya gotta get a cable modem!!
another Lisa!

HA! You're too funny. I have the solution - get DSL or Cable modem! You will never go back, and the extra $$ will be so worth it!

Ha, love it. I read this after finishing up a reorder of my blogroll by days of the week. Yep, I too was attempting to organize them all into some kind of manageable schedule. It's not working too well so far, I'll keep you posted. ;-)
